 By accessing or using stebsdetailing.com (the "Site") or engaging Steb's Detailing ("we," "us," "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services. 

 Steb's Detailing provides automotive detailing and related services as described on our Site. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided online or via phone/text are estimates and may be adjusted based on vehicle condition upon inspection. 

• Appointments may be scheduled via phone, text, or our website at stebsdetailing.com.
• We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Stebs Detailing is a fully mobile service; appointments are performed at the customer's specified location within our service area (Santa Barbara, CA and surrounding areas).

 By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (via our website booking form, free quote form, or verbal consent at time of booking), you agree to receive text messages from Stebs Detailing related solely to:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates (e.g., technician on the way, rescheduling)

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program. No other message types will be sent using this opt-in.

Message frequency varies based on your bookings — you will generally receive 1-2 messages per scheduled appointment (confirmation and reminder).

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as arranged at time of booking. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

 While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Steb's Detailing is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects not caused by our services
• Loss of personal items left in the vehicle
• Damage resulting from mechanical failures unrelated to detailing work

Customers are encouraged to remove valuables prior to service.

 All content on the Site (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of Steb's Detailing and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steb's Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Site or services.

 We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
